OpenDocument (pathOrURL)

Opens a document or connects to a url (beginning with "moneyworks://". Returns 1 on success, 0 on failure.

Availability: Available only to scripts loaded from the Scripts folder. A document script cannot open another document, since that would unload the calling script.
