Day 1: Understanding and Using MoneyWorks Effectively
Navigating around MoneyWorks and the use of short-cuts for more effective operation; Customising MoneyWorks and the use of searches, filters and notes; speeding up transaction entry; managing debtors and creditors, bank reconciliations, GST and BAS; finding and correcting errors; mail-merging from MoneyWorks; enquiries and key reports.
Day 1 is relevant to MoneyWorks Cashbook, Express and Gold/Datacentre, and is suitable for both novice users (who should work through the tutorial beforehand) and experienced users (who don't know what they don't know!).
Day 2: Advanced MoneyWorks Capabilities
Building on what was covered on the Day 1, a look at how to use order entry and inventory, and mistakes to avoid; an overview of job costing and multi-currency. We will also discuss taking MoneyWorks to the next level: what is possible with system integration, report scripting and remote access using iPhone/iPad/android.
Day 2 is relevant to MoneyWorks Gold and Datacentre users.
Day 3: Introduction to Report Writing and Forms Design
Leveraging off the powerful MoneyWorks report writer to get more relevant information for your organisation. Includes how to create "quick and dirty" analysis reports to identify sales and expense patterns, the basics of report writing, and how to tweak your own invoice/statement forms to better match your individual requirements.
Day 3 is relevant to MoneyWorks Gold and Datacentre users.
